The Module Cover is the core structural component of an OLED TV, serving as the main frame of the TV and having an integrated design with the Back Cover. With its strong stability and precise processing technology, it realizes the structural perfection of the TV and delivers elegance and harmony at the same time.
The Module Cover consists of three main parts: the Cover, the Inner Plate, and the Middle Cabinet, each of which has its own role and manufacturing process.

Cover : This is the part that wraps around the exterior of an OLED TV and is made by pressing metal sheets. It provides a clean finish to the TV's appearance and provides structural stability by properly mating with the OLED panel.

Inner Plate : It protects the OLED panel from the inside. It's also made from pressed metal sheets to ensure rigidity and durability.

Middle Cabinet : It protects the OLED panel from the inside. It's also made of pressed metal sheets to ensure rigidity and durability.

The integrated design of the Module Cover takes into account the sensitive nature of OLED panels, focusing on precisely leveling the TV and maximizing structural stability. This prevents damage from internal vibrations and external shocks that can occur during TV operation, providing users with both reliability and durability. In addition, the middle cabinet, made through an anodizing process, adds an aesthetic touch of luxury, enhancing the design of the product. This ensures that the OLED TV delivers outstanding looks alongside its technical performance to maximize the user experience.
